Just bought an SUV from Twins. Aaron was super helpful and friendly. Easy transaction for the purchase. I know the vehicle I bought is older and will have some maintenance coming up, but with that said, for what I paid and what I go, I’m super happy! I’ll be back to them in the future!
Me and my husband purchased a dodge journey from this place, the transmission is going out, check engine light flashes on and off, couple of hours after we got the car we had to change all 4 break because they were smoking, the front driver side break caliber is messed up and when I made them aware of it they would not fix it, and the owner is a very unprofessional and rude and made very rude comments to me and my husband had to get involved, and they repoed my car because my husband had to call up there and fuss the owner ... read more
Purchased a camper from them was told everything was good it was the worse nightmare we have ever encountered! They refused to do the repairs. Would not advise any purchases from this facility extremely dishonest!
We purchased a camper from here in 2024. Unfortunately, our ignorance cost us a couple thousand dollars. We were ensured that they look everything over before listing it and that all was well with it. We fell for the "this is the best you'll find" and should not have. We should have looked over the slide of this camper better, but did not, and we fell for the classic rush of a sale, unrefundable $2k deposit, ignorance is bliss, etc.... Excellent experience! I found a car on the lot that needed minor repairs prior to my purchase. They made the promised repairs within the week and gave me a very fair deal on the car. Bryan and his team are great!
