This week I called Twins Plumbing and Heating Inc. in Manchester, NH to inspect an issue with a toilet that I thought was "sweating" at it's base around the calking. They scheduled me in for that very day; even though they had many bookings already! It took them no time at all to figure out that the problem was a bad toilet wax ring.
