Don't delete my review, it was true. If a zero was a choice that's the one I would have chosen.
It was discussed that I wanted a full head of blonde foil. I received just top half. Lower half is still just my natural brown. The price was ridiculous especially not to get the color I asked for. She didn't even dry my hair, therefore not being able to see the cut or color or lack of blonde. Incredibly disappointed and will not refer anyone.
The first thing Janine did was sit down across from me and ask me about my hair, and my hair goals. The shampoo and conditioner is sulfate, paraben, and phthalate free which is awesome! Janine gave me exactly what I wanted, she was kind, professional, and fun to talk to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
She did a really good job and was able to do my hair exactly how I wanted it
