I have the best experiences at this nail shop. The staff are polite, and really care about helping you have what you ask for. The prices are affordable and they treat everyone with the same care. My go-to salon! Phong does my nails and they turn out perfect every time. The staff are also very accommodating - offering complimentary beverages. Love this place!
I had a great first experience at Twin Nails, the male technician (owner) was very kind and did an excellent job on my nails. Unfortunately, my second visit for a fill was disappointing. The technician rushed through the service, she was not friendly, and even cut me during the process. On top of that, I was charged $50 for a basic French fill on short nails with no design or extras.
