Shout out to Scott for fixing the AC in my 1998 Contour for a very fair and reasonable price! He saved me a lot of money by taking it to him and avoid being scammed by other mechanics who would have charged me double! After only waiting a few days because he was very busy, my AC now blows cold the second that I start my car! I honestly don’t even thing it was this efficient during the year it was made 28 years ago! Thank you very much Scott and the rest of the Twins family who are also great!
Great service always take care of me
Dropped my vehicle off to get fixed. Picked it up and my right side mirror fell off. When asking about it was told the owner would reach out to me called multiple times and was given the run around. Never again!!
Very trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic!
I got referred to this place, someone said they always got excellent service here. But rep on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I went and got a printout for estimates. One week later, called in to ask if I can schedule the repair and rep wasn't helpful at all, was very patronizing instead. If you can't work basic customer service or show common courtesy, maybe don't answer the phone. Lost a potential customer right here
