I got referred to this place, someone said they always got excellent service here. But rep on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I went and got a printout for estimates. One week later, called in to ask if I can schedule the repair and rep wasn't helpful at all, was very patronizing instead. If you can't work basic customer service or show common courtesy, maybe don't answer the phone. Lost a potential customer right here

Very disappointed! I’ve gotten my tires plugged here, plenty of times and never had an issue. However, this time I went the guy Is more concerned with smoking a cigarette then plugging my tire. After plugging my tire he then tells me that I had two holes in the tire and it’s gonna be $25. Why not tell me that I have two holes in my tire so that I Can just get a new tire from you guys. Don't overcharge you , fast , friendly and don't tell you other things need to be repaired that don't need to be. This is my new auto repair shop.
