let twins fix my girls car Took it in for a head gasket replacement, and it came back the same as it went in. They did not change the oil, oil filter, manifold gaskets, radiator coolant, spark plugs nor water pump. Baybra said it was a professional job...By whose standards. We've tried to talk it out and work it out, but they refuse to help. We've paid little over $700.00 for this. Now that the car is still useless because of their (Twins Auto) negligence, we are forced to take appropriate actions.
I broke down not too far from this shop, and was very fortunate i did. he assisted me with getting a tow truck. to make a long story short. i had it towed to the dealer. and was told almost $1,000 worth of things wrong.. I was curious to see what this shop would charge. needless to say, i didnt need all those repairs. my car is in top form!
