They did a great job on no-chip manicure but when I went back 2 weeks later for a new one they wanted to add $7 to the price for removal. Outrageous, I walked out!
The nail technician cut me twice and didn’t apologize.
I received a gift certificate so i made an appointment and when I walked in the place was empty and the receptionist/manager ? Never smiled , not welcoming at all ! The girl who did my pedicure was stone faced and anytime I tried to start a conversation she ignored me completely! When I left the two girls were in the back room! Terrible atmosphere and sub par on the services I would never go back. I can’t believe that they have been there for seven years !
I don’t like when my paws get all crunchy, so occasionally I treat myself to a pedicure. They did very good work here and I didn’t feel weird.
Clean salon but my tech seemed as if she was annoyed and didn’t want to be there and did a sloppy job on my nails and toes. She left my old polish on in areas so it showed through the new.. Way over priced for the job they fo!
