At first I really liked this place but the last 2 times I’ve made an appointment I’ve had to wait 30-1 hr even when having an appointment. So what’s the point of making an appointment if they’re still going to make us wait.
Terrible communication, was told 35-40 mins waiting. It's been almost 55 mins and then I am told 15 more minutes. If I known it would have been over an hour wait I would have not stayed and waisted my time. I said I could wait because I have another appt. That I would have missed if I stayed. No apologize or anything.
I’ve been getting acrylics here for over a year and a half and let me tell you I love it here. They always eat down every time and are the sweetest staff ever! Special shout out to Nancy she’s the best ever and always makes my nails look so amazing and just like the photo I showed her on pinterest!!
Amazing work!! Recently moved to Reno and trying to find a good nail spot was so hard! Luckily, I was able to find twinkle nail spa and had Nancy do a pink and white ombre full set for me. I was so happy with the service, she is quick and efficient but does beautiful work. I came in today for a fill and my nails lasted over three weeks. I am so happy and can’t rave enough!!
I love this place, they're really friendly and you always get what nails design you ask, and good customer service
