Instead of following my natural line Joc pushed my hairline back half an inch. Been growing my hair out a month so their plenty of hairline to work with. Shave was good. Booked the hot towel service only to find out I wasn’t getting one after he started hitting my hairline. Instead of refunding me the difference, he show me phone trying to convince me the hot towel service was the same as regular cut ($15) difference. If I would have known there was no towels available, I would’ve cancelled the cut.
