Took our dog in for flea treatment & his shots. She told us 3 times she gave him a shot for fleas and we would not have to do anything else except spray the house with spay she sold us. Get done and go to pay and they spring on us that we have to buy a other pill for fleas to.give to.him in 30days. Fast forward to the next day and we call the vet to see when we can bathe him after the flea treatment and we're informed the vet did not treat him for fleas. $180 wasted on poor dishonest vet care. The staff is always so friendly whenever I come in! I live 40 minutes away and I always chose to take my cats to see them and I'm always very happy with the experience!
All the ladies at the front desk are AMAZING!! The vets are very easy to work with and, explain and, answer questions very well. I had a question about a charge for an X-ray on a dog that required an emergency C-section based on her breed French Bulldog. Dr. Strong went of the need for the X-ray and,any possible medications. We were able to agree easily that the X-ray wasnt need when she would be on the inside very soon regardless of X-ray results.
