I have been with this clinic for well over 20 years. And I have NEVER had a complaint until now. I called the clinic a few days ago to make an appointment for a sick cat. I called first thing in the morning and I was told “bring him in as soon as possible” as we were thinking he possibly had a urethral obstruction (which is an EMERGENCY).
