The staff is always so friendly whenever I come in! I live 40 minutes away and I always chose to take my cats to see them and I'm always very happy with the experience!
All the ladies at the front desk are AMAZING!! The vets are very easy to work with and, explain and, answer questions very well. I had a question about a charge for an X-ray on a dog that required an emergency C-section based on her breed French Bulldog. Dr. Strong went of the need for the X-ray and,any possible medications. We were able to agree easily that the X-ray wasnt need when she would be on the inside very soon regardless of X-ray results. Friendly staff, short waiting time
2 months ago I took my 14 year old cat here because he wasnt eating and was loosing weight. I was told he needed a tooth cleaning, and suggested that I switch his food and pay $400 to get his teeth cleaned and extracted. We asked to get blood work done, and were told we had a suprisingly healthy cat for his age. So we bought new food and our cat started eating a bit more, so we thought everything eas fine and started to save for the expensive teeth cleaning. Today I had to say goodbye to my cat.
