I have been here for about 4 1/2 years now. When I first moved here it was a nice , quiet place to live and the rent was good! Since then my rent has gone up $205 in these 4 years. I understand that happens! I’m not surprised by it though! In the last year or so I feel as if it has gone down hill! People park wherever they want to, screaming and yelling all the time and always picking up trash out of my yard from kids just throwing there crap! Sadly, this is what I can afford! Rules need to be enforced and they are not!
