I’ve been here for 2 months and it’s been an absolute disaster I’ve been harassed from my neighbor, nonstop from l making threats to name calling to anything I talk to management. They told me that if it continues, they would write him up and then turned around and said there was nothing they could do and told me that I was actually harassing them because I had cameras even know I was approved of the cameras at first Then decided that was no longer allowed to have audio on my cameras and they couldn’t be directed at his prop... read more
My name is Susan. I want to say my original plan was not to stay in Michigan to live 3 1/2 years ago. All things considered in my senior life not being perfect (nor were things ever or still perfect)-I will say that moving to My Place at Twin Valley in Marshall/Fredonia, MI was a good decision. The park is well maintained by Mr. Reese, uncluttered yards (respectful of young children's toys),children's laughter playing together and on the playground, and the people I have met have been friendly and some offer help to my needs... read more
I’ve been here for about a year, give or take. It’s been an AMAZING community to be a part of. It’s safe for the kids, the rent is reasonable, it’s within distance to surrounding towns. Not only that but the current park manager is great with the tenants, and he takes pride in the upkeep of our small little community. The owner of the park is great as well. It’s an awesome place to live and I’d highly recommend the community to anybody looking for a cozy, quiet, safe place to call home!!!!
Quiet park, clean, with friendly neighbors. I have lived here for 18 years under 2 owners and plan to stay. Child friendly, nice playground, pet friendly, all age community.
