I have been to Twin Automotive twice now with different car problems and both times received quality service. The men that assisted me were extremely helpful and very straightforward with what I needed to have done. They let me know what services were imperative at the moment and which ones I could wait on. Great place for excellent and fast repairs. I brought my vehicle in twice this year, first for a major repair on my transmission and second time for minor servicing. Both times the service was exceptional. Much better than dealing with a dealer that treats you like a number. Twin employees truly care and put the time and effort in that is really important. Great service here, twin has achieved a client for life.
Im convinced all the "good reviews" about this shop around the net are fake. My experience with this shop was horrible. They didn't give me a written estimate as required by NC law. They ignored requests for one. The amount they wanted to charge me was $1000 higher than what I was told over the phone. They started work without my approval and then when I called them out on it, Paul (owner) said he got a "bad feeling" and had them put my car back together still broken. they did a great job on my honda. I brought it in for a transmission repair. Found out I had to have the transmission rebuild done. Got it done in 2 days. they had the longest warranty and the price was just about the same as a few others.
Jeremy at Andersen Automotive is a life saver. I am a single mother who drives a 1995 Acura Legend with very little money for auto repairs.
