When my transmission needed a rebuild, needless to say I was not happy. I got three different estimates. One was from Aamco, the other was Mr Transmission and the third was from Twin. Out of all the places I called, Twin was the only one that was kind enough to explain to me the details of the work that would be done in the transmission rebuild process. Twin saved our vacation!! Our transmission failed on us while we were driving down 74 (a very scary thing!!). Our vacation was due to start that weekend so we were worried we may have to cancel plans. Paul talked with us and was able to get the work scheduled and done by Friday afternoon. We've been going to twin automotive since we first found them in 2007. More than several times we have asked them for advice and help with our two cars, and they have always been very helpful and more importantly honest. They are not like other shops that will ask you to pay for repairs you may not need. They are very good with the work they do and we would refer them to all friends and family.
I first dealt with Twin Automotive & Transmission Repair a few years ago when my daughter had an issue with her Ford Explorer. I had a great experience then, so when my transmission failed in my Honda, I knew exactly where to go. My experience with Twin reinforced that I had made the right decision. Thanks to you and all of the team for a great example of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
