I can not express how much this place sucks! All these 5 stars are so fake! This place don't know how to fix anything at all. They can't fix transmission nor do they have good communication. Service is horrible. I can't wait for the day this place close down and stop ripping people off. Bless everyone who believe these fake 5 stars comment.

TERRIBLE! I brought my vehicle here when the transmission went out, quote was $2800 to $3300 but actually costed in the upwards of $3700. They said my vehicle would be done in about 4 days, they had it about TWO WEEKS!! They wont call to update you, you have to basically harrass them. The complleteion date on my vehicle was moved up several times & then when they finally said it was done & I could come pick it up, I drove the hour drive only to find my vehicle was not fixed and the check engine light was on! This place deserves more than just a 5 star rating. They do excellent work. We have been taking our cars here for a few years now. Never an issue with Twin!!
I hired Twin Transmission to rebuild the transmission inside my honda odyssey. They did an excellent job. The rebuild was done about 5 months ago and I can say that there was never one issue with the rebuild job. From start to finish they were on the ball and I couldn't be happier with my choice to choose them to handle the rebuild. These guys do quality work and I would recommend others to them.

We were referred to Twin by several friends. From the point of the intial estimate, to the repair work being done, the entire team did a great job. This is one of the first businesses I have been to that has shown such great team work and effort with all of their customers. They did a great job on the repair and I will be back for other repairs as needed. Great job guys!
Twin Transmission did an awesome job on my transmission. I now know why they are called the best in the business in Charlotte. They do spectacular work, the car was finished on schedule (actually a few hours ahead of schedule) and they had an excellent warranty to go with their price. While other shops said only a 6 month or 1 year, they had a full 3 years or unlimited miles..which I can appreciate. Thanks so much Twin! I will be calling my friend Tom in.
