Dont get me wrong Judy was lovely first time ever meeting her. Just the lack of care for there patients isn't really there for me, i took my mum in after having a whole entire hip replacement expecting to get more information as she was sent from a hospital with limited idea on what to do.. We got handed a bunch of papers and sent home once again mind you this is the first time we are experiencing this. Bad, no duty of care. Heart pains, dizziness they refused to see, non existing patient. Receptionist has no concept of legal duty of care.
