I would never buy from twin town homes, what they show you is not what you get. They have a fine print in contract they can change from what they show you. There models all have 3 1/2 in pine casing but for anyone that buys its cut in half and looks horrible. There models also have nice 45s but when you buy its not.
I would give them less than one star, but that wasn't an option. I contacted Twin Town Homes early this year because a family member recommended them. I spoke with a representative that sounded so helpful at first. A month or so ago, I told her what we wanted to spend (retirement home) and she acted like I was insane. We had contacted another manufactured home dealer last summer that had quoted us below that price range, but I knew that materials were more expensive, so I was expecting an increase.
