Need more work on the elevators ,stop roof leaks.
Quiet most of the time. Good maintenance staff. Pettit Crime is a problem though. I have lived here for over 11 years and have had a lot of problem lately. Pest control that doesn't show up. maintenance requests going unfilled and ignored...managers not enforcing rules violations or even caring about the property. Roaches, bedbugs, rats... Etc.
This place is available and livable for older adults and convenient shopping areas as well as restaurants, and this is s what the people need when the cost of housing is too expensive
