We did not have a good experience with Twin Tier Kitchen and Bath. The countertop that they installed had a 1/2" in diameter gouge in it and the one seam was way too obvious. When I spoke with the Brian, the owner, he informed me that the countertop was "installed according to industry standards". Apparently, this is his go to excuse. I then sent him pictures showing the damage and the terrible seam. He finally agreed to come and address it. I want to mention that we are less than one mile away from his shop.
