I have spoken to the “supervisor“ Lupita twice now and she always has an attitude over the phone and starts blaming me for the problems with our home. That we just purchased. Her attitude is unacceptable and I refuse to renew services with this agency after our paid services end. We had a home inspection done and they missed the fact that there were rodents in the home and the garage. How do you miss that!?
Was not a fan. They spent only 10 minutes inspecting my house to confirm that we had termites. Not very thorough. As opposed to another company where they stayed an hour inspecting every inch to make sure that there weren't other signs of termites other than the obvious area. We also had to email multiple times to receive a quote. As opposed to the other company where we got it the same day.
