I've been here a handful of times now, and every single visit has been fantastic. The food is consistently delicious, the drinks are great, and the service is always perfect. Back in February, I chose this restaurant for my husband's birthday dinner. We had a large group, and the restaurant was so accommodating. Twin Tails was such a great experience from start to finish. We opted for the Signature Tasting Menu, and I’d highly recommend it, especially for a first visit. It was the perfect way to experience a variety of dishes, with every course served family-style. Absolutely worth it. Standouts for me were the green papaya salad (prepared tableside), the bánh khọt pancakes, shaking beef, and grilled branzino. Twin Tails delivered one of the best dining experiences I've had in NYC. Every dish was beautifully presented, packed with flavor, and clearly made with attention to detail. The Salmon Crudo was incredibly fresh and balanced with crisp green apple, coconut, and cashews.
