Yesterday I returned a 26 Foot Uhaul truck a couple hours late after they closed due to an unexpected snowstorm of 6 inches. I was trapped on the highway for 5 hours. They charged me an extra $40 for the day which they had the right to do. They actually could have written it off due to the snowstorm (and it was a Sunday anyway). That's not the upsetting part. Not only did they charge me for the extra day which was completely legitimate, they decided to charge me another day on top of that and said that I returned it at 8:45 ... read more
