While Twin Starz Painting came with recommendations, our personal experience was underwhelming. The workmanship was inconsistent, and the crew left visible flaws. To add to our frustration, the individual we dealt with was not professional in tone or conduct.

TwinStarz was referred to me when I had basically an emergency window framing repairs after having new windows installed that were not measured right and cause big gaps in the drywall. They did all of the repairs and re-painted the bedroom and bathroom with almost no wait time at all. They worked from early to late and did everything as discussed. Great results and will use them again in the future.

This was not a positive experience. The painting itself was full of imperfections, and the clean-up was poor. The person we engaged with did not take our concerns seriously and came across as unprofessional. Disappointing overall.

As a former apprentice at Twinstarz Painting LLC, I want to warn anyone considering working with or hiring Scott Caulfield. During my time there, Scott encouraged me to cut corners on jobs and called it “efficiency,” putting quality and safety at risk. I witnessed him using THC on the job and offering it to me while I was still a minor. He was well aware of my age.
