Horrable customer service, they never respond... this is my experience from multiple occasions over several years. Several years ago I wanted to purchase a furnace and I called many times with no response. I stopped and talked with the secretary who gave me information on furnaces and took my name and number saying the guys would call me back but never heard anything. I was buying a home, needed this business to do a site quote for the bank. First they were unresponsive to call me back to make an appointment . Then when I did get an appointment, he no called, no show leaving me sitting for an hour waiting for him. He needs to hire more people to help him, or scale back his business to manageable levels so he doesn’t leave potential good business unattended to. Go else where for better service.
