Great customer service and love their pedicures.
I was in dire need of a pedicure with some roughness on my feet. The pedicure was average and the massage was fantastic. The cons: -The massage chairs are the worst, not worth turning on -The callous lotion was only applied to the pumice and my feet were immediately exfoliated. It never sat on the foot for any amount of time before being scraped. I still have the roughness. The worst: I don't know if they clean their tools.
