The lady (i think it was the owner) who did my hair. Not only did she totally do a re-transformation on my hair, but she also gave me a fresher outlook for a hopeful future ahead and everything positive it possibly might bring me. I had a very disappointing experience at Twin Scissors. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. The owners, a husband and wife, were disrespectful and made inappropriate comments about my appearance while I was there. The quality of the hair service was also unacceptable—my hair began falling out shortly after the appointment. Even worse, their son was recording me without my consent and insulted me, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I had a very disappointing experience at Twin Scissors. The service felt rushed and unprofessional, and the staff didn’t seem to listen to what I actually wanted. My haircut looked uneven and sloppy, and I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. On top of that, the atmosphere was not welcoming — it felt like they just wanted to get me in and out quickly. For the price they charge, I expected way better quality and care. I definitely would not recommend this place.
