Unprofessional and rude, never going through this company again especially because it was overpriced.
Only use these guys if I absolutely have to.
Excellent service! Matt came out this morning to take a look at our new faucet that we installed but was leaking. He not only diagnosed and fixed the leak but he took apart the faucet because it had a low flow and figured out that it was clogged with debris from the factory. He successfully put the faucet back together and we have a usable powder room again! Very friendly and pleasant guy, and I would definitely use Twin Rivers Plumbing again in the future.
We had a leak on our water main. The service was amazing from start to finish. The way they dug up the grass to get to the leak and put the grass back was very thoughtful. I didn’t need to plant any seed to cover any bare spots. Very pleased with the work.
Our lives took a sudden turn and we needed to change our tub/shower to a walk in shower for health reasons. I called Twin Rivers. They came out immediately and were able to get our work done within 2 weeks. (It would have been earlier but we were going to be out of town. )The professional attitude of all the contractors was impressive. They were so skilled and easy to discuss our needs with.
