Was there on July 22 2024 for a colonoscopy and the staff was very nice and polite also the doctors who did my test where really good explained everything and everything went good
Suffering from diverticulitis and bleeding. Called to speak with my physician to get advice and make an appt. Was told that the Dr could see me in 7 weeks or I could get on a cancel list. Female employee taking my call wouldn't connect me with a physician or even provide instruction....? I expressed my unhappiness with this response. Place is horrible took them over a month too get back with test results they keep changing appt times getting second opinion don't like the treatment they want to put me on wint be going back
Literally have received the WORST care of my life here. Dr Sinan Kutty is a narcissistic, rude jerk that scoffed at my pain and is a HORRIBLE provider. The office in general is run terribly, it is impossible to talk to people, and they don’t care to genuinely help. They only care about the money. If you care about yourself or your family, steer clear of this practice.
