The service advisor and the service tech work together seamlessly to diagnose the issue quickly with my vehicle. The service advisor was very straightforward in regards to what needed to be done and why, and the price as most dealerships are the price was quite steep that part, I did not like for what work was being done. $376 to replace one coil pack and spark plug seems to be a lot of money however the problem was diagnosed fixed, and I was on the road within 3 1/2 hours. I was in the area on a hunting trip from Michigan and my 2013 F150 left me stranded. It was a Friday and Nick (ford tech) was able to take a look at my truck right away and figured out my issue. It ended up being a wiring issue with the PATS. I was back on the road in just a few hours! Thanks, Nick!!
