My $200 deposit disappeared from the ledger, and I was charged $145 for removing minimal items like a mini fridge and some clothes. Other charges, including drywall repair, were added arbitrarily, and the ledger didn’t match the move-out paperwork. Management was unhelpful and unresponsive—very frustrating and not transparent.
Took a tour. Staff are very helpful and the apartment we viewed looks very nice.
