I was told if I drop my deposit off in drop box it would be processed to avoid a late fee, and I did as informed now I get a late fee! I called on the phone following business day and ask to speak to a manager and get spoken to rudely and never get a call back from manager. "problems"... manager calls land lord instead of taking owner ship of what the teller told the customer "me" and not handling the situation professionally! making a small problem snow ball drama
