I was told if I drop my deposit off in drop box it would be processed to avoid a late fee, and I did as informed now I get a late fee! I called on the phone following business day and ask to speak to a manager and get spoken to rudely and never get a call back from manager. "problems"... manager calls land lord instead of taking owner ship of what the teller told the customer "me" and not handling the situation professionally! making a small problem snow ball drama
I highly recommend Twin River Bank! When I walk in, I am greeted by name and their service is always fast and very friendly. I also have my home mortgage through them and they made the process easy and efficient - which is a huge benefit for me with my very demanding schedule. I especially love the fact that they are a locally owned and managed bank so my kids get to experience the same amazing experience that I have always received.
