My son and husband have been patients of Dr. Caccamo for years and we've always felt very satisfied with the care they give. The staff are always friendly and we never feel rushed. They have always taken time to actually listen and find the right course of treatment. I highly recommend them!!
Very difficult to get hold of, on hold for a long time no way to leave a message to request a call back.
I would give them a zero if i could..not only did they almost kill me last year, but KNOWING I have a pre-existing condition that makes me susceptible to covid19 they made me go into the office unneccarily. I had spoken to them on the phone not 10 minutes before arriving to get my son a shot, and gave my authorization then..and in the 10 minutes it took to get there they weren't able to notify the front desk, this place is horrible..thinking of suing for incompetance.
Had a great first visit! Dr. Caccamo and all the staff were very welcoming.
