This place is genuinely a chop shop. My fiance and I went this morning to get some extractions and when I asked the very unpleasant secretary if the doctor would be meeting with us to discuss what teeth were being extracted she said "we don’t do that here". Ok cool, take him out back and pull a bunch of teeth with out informing patients? The Dentist was the BEST I have ever seen.He was very professional very knowledgeable very understanding and very caring.He got two teeth out so fast like a ninja.Very safe as he did it. His assistant was kind and very helpful.I recommend this office to all.
I called to see if I could set something up or if they needed my referral. I need some extensive work done. Right off the bat the receptionist was SO RUDE. She cut me right off and said "We only take mainecare and delta dental"...I was like ok I have delta dental. Then she fought me on a prior referral I had there. She was so rude and condescending. I went there for an appoint in the beginning of June 2025, I went for 4 extractions, and I actually had 6 happen (some wisdom teeth were able loosened so they took em out! Awesome news). Really fast procedure, I don’t think it was anymore than 20 minutes to do all the teeth, my whole appointment was about an hour, I honestly was nervous and nauseous beforehand, but as it went along I actually found myself pretty calm and relaxed, good atmosphere, and they explained every thing that was going to happen, post-op care, and real... read more
I had called to schedule an appointment, was told there was an alert on my account for missed appointments so they couldn’t schedule me. I was 14 yrs old when these appointments were missed and they are holding it against me as a grown woman. At 14 it wasn’t my fault apts were missed. I know I missed 1 as an adult. But to miss one apt and be denied help is really frustrating.
