The problems that we were experiencing with our HVAC system were difficult to diagnose due to the complexity of the system and failure of the blower/motor unit some 18 months ago. Thanks to the perseverance of your technicians a defective board was replaced under warranty and the total system seems to be functioning properly. Special thanks to Kyle for working with the suppliers and their support team to find the solution.
