After spending many tens of thousands of dollars on plumbing and radiant heat at Twin Peaks over the past 2 years I have been trying to get rough in for a pole building from Steve. Apparently I don't rank high enough as I have received a "I'll be there on so-and-so date" 3 times and still nothing, now 1 month later. Leave me open by saying I am a tough customer and expect perfection. I rarely write reviews unless they are exceptional and this purchase and installation qualifies. First of all, I live 1,500 miles away and have struggled finding qualified tradesmen when needed on a new home construction project. I was able to track Steve Hernandez down and had a handful of phone calls on the hydronic project for my CO residence over a few month period. Steve and crew are excellent and efficient plumbers. They showed up to the job as promised, did excellent work, completely explained the operation of the tank and boiler, and finished on time with a fair price.
