I schedule an appointment and they call in and cancel it because some tech call in sick. Plus they re-schedule my appointment time on their own. In addition, I verified with my insurance that my plan covered me 100% for ultrasound service. But they told me I have to pay 20%. On the day I arrived at this facility in Longmont, I was so hungry (didn't eat nor drink). I was so frustrated with the professional level at this facility.
Watch your Billing!!! They never called me or reached out about a small bill and sent me directly to a 'Collections" company. I have over a 800 credit score! Nice job Twin Peaks.....Ridiculous.
I completely agree with Stephen--I had an MRI with Victor today and was done in less than a half hour with a cd of my scans in hand. I showed up at the check in time, and not only did they start everything on time, they allowed me in early. Everyone was very kind and out-of-pocket cost was $50 cheaper than what my Kaiser insurance offered. Went for a neck X-ray and I have no complaints. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The office was moderately busy, but I didn't feel that I had to wait terribly long to be seen. I even left with a CD for my personal records.
I've been coming to this facility for MRIs for 8+ years and never had a bad experience. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional – one of the first non-hospital facilities I have used and that has been recommended by several of my doctors. Since I have a high deductible health plan I’m very concerned about controlling costs; these folks are very reasonable!
