Love these people!! They are extremely attentive to detail, and extremely honest. They made a small crack in my window while installing it. I wasn't there at the time and they called me to tell me they needed to make a new window, which they promptly did. I know things don't always go perfect, and I can understand that. Trying to get these guys to repair our windows and having the absolute worst experience. Missed their appointment to come last week and then decided to just show up randomly at 8 am today instead and didn't even look at all of our windows, and just will not communicate what's going on. A nightmare.
Didnt catch the license plate or else this would of bean a formal complaint but one your trucks just triexrunning me off the road in flagstaff (rute 66,)
After having a terrible experience with Demer glass I called Twin Peaks. They measured a broken window on my commercial building in town the day after I called.
