Told me they knew we were out-of-network and still performed cleanings after that and then I had to pay $400 extra. Won’t take accountability for their lack of communication. Insurance and provider blame the other party, always ask provider to run procedure through insurance pre-approval, even for a simple cleaning.
First visit was a great experience. Looking forward to future visits with TPD
Very knowledgeable staff. Friendly and welcoming from the start. Dr. Butler took the time to call me himself and check on me and see how I was doing after a procedure. I couldn’t be more impressed and grateful for the quality work they do and gratitude expressed for my business. My family and I are happy patients of Twin Peaks. 10 stars**********! I would highly recommend their practice.
