Mike and both nicks were great and over the top customer service. Definitely support this business if you need work on your diesel vehicle.
New Management changes $175 for an estimate, but called it a diagnostic. And charged me $11.20 shop supplies. I might expect that if they actually touched the motor and scoped the two cylinders in question. Their software probably doesn’t have a fee for a quote so they call it a diagnostic. I told them what the problem was…there was scoring on the back two cylinders from overheating years ago. The quote for $12K had lumped everything into 4 line items for a complete rebuild.
