I am not here to discount any of the great work this organization seems to have done. But I will say my experience lacked professionalism and a responsive approach. Often late to appointments, in one Instance one was missed. When reaching out to express my want to end my service my therapist wasn’t even sure which patient I was. I have no bad intentions In my review only the hope to provide feed back.
Grateful for thoughtfulness and kindness of the staff here. I would absolutely recommend
They suck. They don't call back. They don't answer the phone. Their therapists have serious communication issues and they let their therapists talk down to their patients for not doing their job. They are the definition of what is wrong with the mental health world today. Their therapists are super unprofessional and don't have a lot of experience. I had a very disappointing experience with Twin Peaks. They switched my therapist 3 times!! I had 2 separate intakes within 3 weeks of starting therapy. My first therapist the practice owner saw me once, the next appointment he canceled bc he had a migraine. The following appointment he lied and told me he had become ill and couldn't see clients anymore. I know factually this is a lie.
