Stayed here while at Lake Okochobee fishing. Run by another Veteran who went out of his way to help. Everything was perfect and I even got a Veteran discount.
Great place. Very convenient and close to the lake. Small bar on site. Incredible cabins at the right price.
The good: Quiet, clean site on the west side of the Lake. Seems to be an old timey fish camp, mixed with some seasonal residents. Host are genuine, restrooms are clean. Dollar General and a package store are close by for refills and forget-me-nots. The bad: Restrooms are old and non- ADA compliant with poor lighting inside and out. Safety could be a concern. Quite a few derelict trailers occupy spaces. Not kid/family friendly.
