I will absolutely come back and stay at twin palms.the room was clean and had everything we needed-the wagon with beach chairs-cooler and umbrella was great! We were walking distance to crescent beach and a quick scooter ride to siesta.the outside patio was nice along either the pool.definitely recommend
Its our 3rd year staying here. Always clean accommodating and just a short walk to the beach.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing and lacked even the most basic hospitality. I had booked a week-long stay and reached out to extend my reservation and upgrade to a larger room so my elderly parents could visit without having to drive three hours at night. It took three phone calls to their emergency number/the only number as per the reservation confirmation - and an entire week just to get a call back which was already very concerning. The location down the street from beach access is ideal! Within walking distance of breakfast and dinner options or a short wait for the free SK shuttle. The room is newly remodeled with all new furniture and fixtures. With only a few units and private facility pool, it feels like you're staying in your own resort. Thank you, Jenna, for the wonderful service. :)
