Well if you're willing to lose a lot of money definitely go with these guys the reviews don't lie these guys will sell you property and then foreclose on you just to resell it again and again and again someone had warned me of this in the park this house had been sold 9 times save yourself the headache do not go here it is a scam
Absolutely horrible service called and the guy immediately hung up if you are running a business at least hear people out before hanging up on them I noticed your Lots look like shit so I decided to offer you guys a cheaper price and you hung up on me no wonder why you got such low stars on Google someone needs to fire that guy it is 8:46 so whoever answered the phone today fire this guy
The park management is unreliable will sell you a mobile home just to turn right back around and foreclose on it to resell it again...a cash cow park .. selling you a mobile home and not even giving you instructions on how to pay your pay rent.. and then assessing you late fees and taking your trailer within 15 days of not paying your rent..
The place is good and some of the people who live here are nice but the people who work for the company suck they are so inconsistent with their jobs and it’s been 6 months since I moved to this MHP and I haven’t received my tittle for my home they take days to reply or get back to me with answers it’s managed poorly
Do not buy or rent in this trailer park. Management is horrible they never get back to you they charge you what they want for a utilities, I regret buying here, the palm trees are dangerous, they're about to fall. And did I mention the manager here is horrible she's rude she doesn't get back to you. 0 ⭐ I'm even thinking as far as getting a lawyer.
