Twin Palms is under new ownership a company Coar incorporated, BUYERS BEWARE ! DO NOT BUY A MOBILE HOME FROM THIS PLACE. They're not a fair in housing , and if you own your paying for water that isn't metered , trash sewer are not included in.lot Rent , there's no amendies , the road in the court area are pit hole city . And it's not a maintain road by county or city . So hello frontend alignments monthly . The property is filthy since the property sold.
