Oh #\$%\$....When I first got here i had to wait outside for 45 minutes in 100 degree weather because the secretaries were on brake. (Apparently I came at the wrong time) The two secretaries came in and one of them had an attitude. (You can tell that they dont like people outside of their race.) Very well maintained property with very quiet neighbors. reasonable rent. very nice firnishings. virtually insect free. Highly recommend this complex.

The place is a dump. Stayed there for a week till i could get a house. Drug dealers everywhere, the management was awful and threatened to kick out girl next door to me because her baby was too "loud". Cockroaches were everywhere, management would not let children go outside at ALL. Drunks were everywhere bbquing everywhere. In the worst, most ghetto part of Phoenix. Inside was hot and barely livAble. most unpleasent. Im glad i moved to Alaska.
