I am giving Twin Palm Orthopedics an F for rude behavior and poor customer service. You should never have to be spoken down to or feel intimidated from people getting paid to provide a service. Everyone should have the opportunity to be listened to when describing medical, physical issues. We where treated poorly by Nikki and Doc Quint. Nikki spoke to us like she had some deep rooted mental issues that should be addressed immediately.
