We were very pleased with the work done by Nicki and crew. The final product is very satisfying, and the experience of going through design, tear down, reconstruction and finishing was very smooth. In particular, the main man installer/carpenter, Thierry was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful, as well as Vicky the second carpenter/installer. We recently had a laundry room renovation completed by Lance and Nicki. We could not be more pleased with the finished result. We initially met with Nicki over 2 years ago but due to circumstances, we put the project on the back burner. Over that time, we changed our vision of the project twice. We wanted to update the kitchen cabinets in our home without a total reno. We went into Twin Oaks Woodworking and chatted with Nicki about options. She presented us with ideas to make the old cabinets look more modern, which included refacing the cabinet doors and adding soft close hinges. She also suggested replacing the existing drawers with new full depth soft close drawers, and adding a slide out in the cabinet above the fridge. We used Twin Oaks to make a custom vanity for our master bath reno and could not be more pleased with the final result. Our first contact was with Nikki who walked us through the process, options for cabinetry, custom stain options and door handle/pulls options. Lance came out to measure and both Nicki/Lance provided us with very useful info like maximum sink dimensions for the cabinets we chose. Gini the installer was fantastic.
