My parents went to them for a few years when I was a teen.For one my parents have taken a lamb and a dog in for a surgery in the past and they overdosed both, then they put them in trash bags & told my parents to come get them or they’d throw them in the trash. Twin Oaks vet has kept my four-legged friends healthy for forty years. Nash Williams was the best vet there ever was, and the new vet is his equal. Everybody at Twin Oaks is there because they love the animals.

We adopted a dog :) On 5/25/12 from Wilkes Animal Shelter!! His name was Riley!! We live in Wilkes County N.C. & brought him up to Twin Oaks Veterinary several of times!! Just wish we would have brought him up there on 1/12/15!! He passed away on 1/14/15 :( They really care about your animals!! They was so good to Riley!!
