Hats off to this place! Just when I was losing complete faith in our health care system I come in here and they took care of me right away and actually care about you. Two years later still the friendliest staff and best health care facility around. Thanks Twin Oaks for everything you do!

All the staff , from support services to nursing, are amazing, all happy to help and take the time to listen, and ithis might be hard to believe since this is a hospital but the food is wonderful and plenty. Truly grateful to be treated here

Once you pass the 70’s architectural design of the ER waiting room, there are top notch ER rooms and more importantly, excellent Docs and Nurses. My experience there was, under the circumstances, excellent.

My Daughter drove me to Twin Oaks because my specialist tweaked my blood pressure medicine and I was seeing very blurry. I am waiting for new blood to be taken and urine for the specialist, but until then I have go to emergency when my new meds are not working or I have changing symptoms. I’m a cancer survivor. I have these great big indents in my armpits. They’re incredibly sore. I can’t move my neck. Its swollen, I can’t swallow,, these symptoms a rapidly changing daily. We were here this morning, Oct 17. And we had an amazing experience with our 5 year old daughter who is on the autism spectrum and is nonverbal. The nursing staff who were on this morning and the doctor were phenomenal with her. And they went above and beyond to make a difficult situation much more bearable. I don't live in that area and haven't in 11 years, but go down that way sometimes when needed. Our family was shown so much love and compassion and it was so appreciated.
