At 36 years old had my first health scare ever today went around 1 pm today Was in emerg waiting as a walk in for less than 5 minutes , the triage nurse that assessed me was lovely I wish I had remembered her name . Dealt with two nurses and Dr MacLellan . Made the whole experience way less stressful after never having to go to hospital in 13+ years Only gave 4 stars as I think they do have limited resources to treat issues due to location , but give 5 stars for staff and their triage process . Hats off to this place! Just when I was losing complete faith in our health care system I come in here and they took care of me right away and actually care about you. Two years later still the friendliest staff and best health care facility around. Thanks Twin Oaks for everything you do!

All the staff , from support services to nursing, are amazing, all happy to help and take the time to listen, and ithis might be hard to believe since this is a hospital but the food is wonderful and plenty. Truly grateful to be treated here

Once you pass the 70’s architectural design of the ER waiting room, there are top notch ER rooms and more importantly, excellent Docs and Nurses. My experience there was, under the circumstances, excellent.
