I’ve been here for blood work and my family had two ER visits. Especially with my 2.5 year old, who was feeling absolutely miserable, the staff was doing the best they could to help him and support me. I am very thankful that I didn’t have to drive to Halifax for him to get seen, he got antibiotics and within 24 hours improved so much. I personally have never had a bad experience here.

At 36 years old had my first health scare ever today went around 1 pm today Was in emerg waiting as a walk in for less than 5 minutes , the triage nurse that assessed me was lovely I wish I had remembered her name . Dealt with two nurses and Dr MacLellan . Made the whole experience way less stressful after never having to go to hospital in 13+ years Only gave 4 stars as I think they do have limited resources to treat issues due to location , but give 5 stars for staff and their triage process . Hats off to this place! Just when I was losing complete faith in our health care system I come in here and they took care of me right away and actually care about you. Two years later still the friendliest staff and best health care facility around. Thanks Twin Oaks for everything you do!
