Ms. Adams and Ms. McKnight are 2 ladies that have the patience of a couple of saints. They truly have a child in mind when going through the process and can be an ally in the process if you must endure that process. Further more, I know they pay these ladies but with all they must go through I promise they deserve raises regardless of what they are paid now. Their jobs have to be the most emotionally challenging in the world. Thank you both for all you guidance!
