We offer our guests breakfast at the Castle at Historic Dunleith directly across the street from the guest rooms at Twin Oaks. Breakfast is served from 7:30 until 10:00 and Twin Oaks guests are offered a tour of Dunleith. Twin Oaks summer rate (June thruAugust) with Breakfast at Dunleith is $125. based on double occupancy. We are open for tours to the public only during Fall Pilgrimage but we are happy to give our guests a tour of Twin Oaks during their stay.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Twin Oaks. The property was beautiful, with peaceful, well-kept grounds right in the heart of downtown Natchez. With shops. restaurants. and amazing historical sites all around, we had a great time exploring! The room was beautifully restored, the beds were super comfy, and the place smelled amazing. We stayed in the cottages! Perfection!
Beautiful home. We went to their estate sale.
Beautiful grounds, comfortable and beautiful rooms.
We arrived and the owner was not there. We had hoped to have breakfast there as advertised on the homepage but couldn’t. Our room had several roaches (dead and alive!) and one ran over us at night!! The shower was a little moldy, the wifi connection was rather bad, and the AC was really loud.
