Called about replacing a portion of privacy fence and they said that they would be out the next day to give me an estimate. Nobody showed, nobody called the next day either so I called them again and they said something had slipped through the crack and that they would call back and arrange for someone to come out. Never heard anything more from them so found someone else to do the job.
The folks over at Twin Mountain are good people. It's a family operated business that spans into multiple generations. Their honesty and integrity are proven well. I had paid cash for my fence and did not realize I had over paid, they called me and told me and delivered the overpaid amount back to me! Great people and a great local business. And they did a great job on my fence too, completely transformed the look of my backyard.
POOR customer Service !!! 2 weeks waiting on someone to call me back and give me an estimate when they can send someone out to give me a quote on my fence. So frustrating!
